A Palestinian police official who inspected the site told WND there was some fire damage to the tomb.
He said the Palestinian Authority, fearing embarrassment, immediately formed a joint committee from the PA’s Force 17, Preventative Security Services and Palestinian intelligence, to find out who was behind the fire. The Muslims have always claimed that the matriarchs and
patriarchs were Muslim. I believe this extends to all the biblical
figures. Last time they destroyed Joseph's
tomb I though they claimed it was not Joseph's tomb but
the tomb of some hot shot imam. They need to get their
story straight.

When I was at Kever Rachel two years ago, they had the
velvet covering from Joseph's tomb, one of the things
that was managed to be saved. Seeing it was one of the saddest
moments in my life. Not only the destruction, but that
Israel does nothing about it.

You know what is even sadder? That Israel restricts the
rights of Jews to go there. Recently Israel arrested
five yeshiva students who had the *audacity* to
try to go to Joesph's tomb to daven.

I watched a documentary on the Temple Mount and I felt really sad for Israel because the Muslims were destroying Solomon's stables to extend extra seating capacity for another mosque.

I think Israel is in such a tricky situation and it's hard for them to do anything. There were Israeli archeologists sifting through the rubble of the dump-site where these wonderful ancient relics were broken and discarded like bits of rubbish. They called it an archeological crime against the world not just Israel and I agree with that, it made me angry.

It was very sad and heartbreaking to watch.:( :sigh:

No, not at all. Most educated people do see through the veil of Islam. Don't you agree?

Interesting point: the greater women and children are educated in Muslim countries the more trouble Islamism and radical Fundamentalism have in establishing themselves as potent religious and political forces in those countries. Even Iran (which has the highest heroin addiciton rate in the world, by the way) struggles to keep the radicals in power as their women and youth become more and more educated. Conversely, in countries where education is forbidden to women (around half the population!) radical Islam (eg. Taliban) finds it easy to gain power.
