This story really is a pivotal point in the path to the Presidency for John McCain because if its true, he has no integrity, but for proof we have only his word...... and nothing from the other party.....
"...John McCain emphatically denied a romantic relationship with a female telecommunications lobbyist on Thursday and said a report by The New York Times suggesting favoritism for her clients is "not true."
"I'm very disappointed in the article. It's not true," the likely Republican presidential nominee said as his wife, Cindy, stood beside him during a news conference called to address the matter.
"I've served this nation honorably for more than half a century," said McCain, a four-term Arizona senator and former Navy pilot. "At no time have I ever done anything that would betray the public trust."
"I intend to move on," he added.
McCain described the woman in question, lobbyist Vicki Iseman, as a friend.....
McCain's remaining rival for the Republican nomination, former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, called McCain "a good decent honorable man" and said he accepted McCain's response.
"I've campaigned now on the same stage or platform with John McCain for 14 months. I only know him to be a man of integrity," Huckabee said in Houston. "Today he denied any of that was true. I take him at his word. For me to get into it is completely immaterial....."

Amazing. This is the subject of the O'Reilly radio show today. That this was ever published by the NY Times is just sad. A bunch of unnamed sources who say McCain admitted to wrong doing yet they can't even tell us what the wrong doing was.
Just another example of the premier corrupt paper in America.

The other amazing LIE that the NYT stated is that Huck was the ONLY other contender--once again they conveniently forgot to mention RON PAUL, who is still in the running despite the liberal media's black-out! Who BTW--has more integrity in his baby toe that ALL the candidates put together.

Well looks like thay are turning this story on its head and know the NY Times and its smear campaign is becoming the story.......
"....The New York Times was criticized Thursday not only for claims in a story about Sen. John McCain's relationship with a lobbyist but also for its use of unnamed sources.
Sen. John McCain's campaign calls a New York Times article "false rumors and gossip."
The newspaper reported on its Web site Wednesday and in its print edition Thursday that aides to McCain's 2000 presidential campaign were so worried about the relationship they confronted McCain and the lobbyist, Vicki Iseman.
Also, some McCain advisers were concerned the relationship had become romantic, the newspaper reported.
McCain's senior campaign adviser, Charlie Black, called the newspaper's report "a smear campaign."
"Look, this is a simple case of the largest liberal newspaper in America trying to run a smear campaign against the integrity of the new conservative Republican nominee for president," he said.
"They do it by printing false rumors and gossip unsourced," Black said. http://i.l.cnn.net/cnn/.element/img/2.0/mosaic/tabs/video.gifWatch Black fault the Times » (http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/02/21/mccain.media/index.html#cnnSTCVideo)..."

Here is a interesting email that just popped into my box....

My Friends,
Today, April 15th, marks the deadline when all Americans must file their income taxes. While many of us are aggravated and displeased when we see exactly how much of our hard-earned money goes to the federal government - if one of my Democratic opponents is elected in November, you can be certain your tax rate will increase across the board.
When we elect our next president in November, we will make a clear statement about the direction we want to take our economy and our tax system. As I have said before, this election will present Americans with a clear choice between my vision for our country and that of my Democratic opponents.
I believe today, as I have always believed, in small government, fiscal discipline and low taxes. I believe that tax cuts work best when accompanied by lower spending. And I make the promise to you that if elected president, I plan to make the present tax cuts permanent, lower corporate rates from 35% to 25% and end the Alternative Minimum Tax, which will affect millions of middle class families.
But I cannot succeed in my efforts without your immediate financial support. (http://tracking.gop.com/cgi-bin/track.cgi?1-16134-18922936-18839)
I know the Democrats will criticize me relentlessly for proposing tax cuts, and they have raised more than $400 million to spend attacking my candidacy and our shared conservative ideals. My campaign must be financially prepared to respond to this criticism, and that's why I ask that you follow this link immediately to make a donation of $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000 or up to the legal limit of $2,300. (http://tracking.gop.com/cgi-bin/track.cgi?1-16134-18922936-18840)
There is a lot at stake in this election. If either of my Democratic opponents, Senators Clinton or Obama is elected, they have made it perfectly clear they plan to raise your taxes.
Senators Clinton and Obama have called for higher income taxes, higher social security taxes, higher investment taxes and higher corporate taxes. They have both already laid out plans to pass record-setting tax increases.
My friends, this is not the kind of change our country needs. Your immediate donation is absolutely critical (http://tracking.gop.com/cgi-bin/track.cgi?1-16134-18922936-18839) because as we've seen from their record-setting fundraising efforts, Senators Clinton and Obama will do whatever it takes to win in November. My campaign must be financially prepared for what will be a great contest come November.
I hope I can count on your immediate financial support. Thank you. Sincerely,
http://www.johnmccain.com/images/email/mccainsig_150.jpg

P.S. My Democratic opponents are more determined than ever before to win the White House in November. To date, they've raised over $400 million for their efforts. If elected, both Senators Clinton and Obama have made it clear they will raise your taxes. I want to cut your taxes and reduce the wasteful spending that has taken over Washington, but I will not succeed in my efforts without your immediate financial support. Please follow this link right away to make a contribution of $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000 or any other amount up to the legal limit of $2,300. (http://tracking.gop.com/cgi-bin/track.cgi?1-16134-18922936-18839) Thank you.

As if the person who wins the race to the president is going to be a man of integrity, look back Americans and see who all the past winners have been. But it feels nice to think you are trying to make a good choice. You will get a nice and Shiny whitewashed wall to vote for.
From the prophecies of Daniel and Revelation as well as the writings of EGW we can see we are at the very end of time and America will play a vital role in causing everyone to worship the image of the beast. You are going to have 2 real choices to vote for and they will be 1. BAD and 2. Worse!
