How to reveal and reopen mod. appl. thread ?

I have been absent from the forum about 45 days and in the mean time my moderator application thread was closed and concealed. I would like to read what happened in the thread and response to what was said.

In the Suggestion/Complaint box I was told that I need special permission. I PMed the person who PMed me the thread was closed, Letalis, on January 26, but I have still not received a response and the thread is still closed and concealed.

So what procedure must I follow to have access to the thread ?
