What's the Methodist/Nazarene take on this passage? Once you lose your salvation, it's impossible to come back to God and be forgiven?

Methodist Article XII—Of Sin After Justification
Not every sin willingly committed after justification is the sin against the Holy Ghost, and unpardonable. Wherefore, the grant of repentance is not to be denied to such as fall into sin after justification. After we have received the Holy Ghost, we may depart from grace given, and fall into sin, and, by the grace of God, rise again and amend our lives. And therefore they are to be condemned who say they can no more sin as long as they live here; or deny the place of forgiveness to such as truly repent.

The article seems to state that as long as it's not sin against the Holy Spirit, then one can repent. As we see in the Gospels, he that blasphemes the Holy Ghost will not be forgiven.(Mark3:29,Matt12:31. Luke12:10) When Hebrews6:4 states 'after falling away', I take it to mean sin against the Holy Spirit. So it's not oops I made a couple bad decisions this week my salvation is gone, or I'm having a rocky year. It's an active knowledgable rejection. It's knowing it's true but then turning around and actively becoming God's adversary.
