the Kingdom of God can be found within, in a temporal sense, while here on earth? or does this just sound too gnostic? :D :D

As you pointed out that can be easily misunderstood. :D However the Bible does mention a kingdom "within"...
20Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, "The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, 21nor will people say, 'Here it is,' or 'There it is,' because the kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17 - NIV)First a quick note on the translation difficulty in Luke 17:21...
The preposition e0nto&j used in the clause in question can properly be translated either "within" or "among." Since none of the other gospel writers recorded this same incident, there is no parallel passage to throw some light on the meaning of e0nto&j in Luke 17:21. The only other use of entoj in the NT occurs in Matthew 23:26. There e0nto&j is used to refer to the inside of a cup. Since it is not a parallel usage to that in Luke 17:21, however, it is of no help in deciding the meaning of this preposition in the Luke passage.
The hard part about this, is that instead of pointing to Heaven, Jesus now uses the term to describe something "within" us.

I think that Jesus is refering to the Holy Spirit's work (He creates saving Faith and works to Sanctify us). God having entered our hearts, govens our thoughts and actions and we subjugate ourselves to Him...

Yes, I think that this is true.........Nobody ever returned from heaven - so how do we know where we find heaven?

Yes, I think the kindom is the church (both in earth and of/in heaven), and that kindom was established at Pentecost, which by the way is two Sundays from now!!

Well, practically speaking everything in existence could be thought of as the Kingdom of God, as God created it and controls everything in it. But I think that what scripture refers to is, as has been proprosed, everywhere the holy spirit is found. After all, when we do the Lord's work, we are making our world a little more heavenly, no?
