Rant: Lefsa!

Okay I had to make a Norweigian food for my Econ class today for a project we were doing. So I decided to make Lefsa!

The people don't understand the work that goes into it and they kept calling it a tortilla.

I decided to make a trip to my Physics teacher today (Norweigian and ELCA) who actually did appreciaite it and said she hadn't had it since Christmas!

Does anyone else get mad at people not appreciating such a delicatessen?

Well, no. But then I'm not clear on what Lefsa is to begin with, so... It must not have made it to Modesto, CA. Is it good? :yum: It's got to be better than lutefisk.^_^

I like potatoes so it is only natural I like Lefsa. Most ethnic Lutheran Churches will keep something like Lefsa, Lutefisk, Aebleskivers, Tuna-noodle Hotdish at a potluck.

lol im mostly norwegian and have never had lefsa..ive heard lots about it, but im deprived :(
