I don't know of any places on the net for Lutherans with a live chat board.

If anyone has access to IRC, #tabletalk on the Starlink-irc network is a Lutheran room. (It's a lot slower lately than what it was 2 years ago though...)
There's also a Java link to it, that I can dig up if anyone's interested.
