Glow around text?

So we have a glow around our name, but is there away we can have a glow around our text when we post and in chat? :D I think that might be pretty nifty :P. I know we can manualy do it, but I mean like in the customizer thingy.

Well first off, only Internet Explorer can use that feature with the glowing name text. Secondly, I think it looks cool on names but could give me a really bad headache... it's already hard when somebody picks a really light color to read or pink (I have my post background color set to a pink color).

I'll put it in the Suggestions list, but I wouldn't be a huge fan of it (though I am a huge huge huge fan of Melly :D). Thanks!!
