I've never considered myself Jewish. That would be delusional.

And we all need to be perfected regardless of our ethnicity.

I dunno about her statement that Christianity is "the Fed Ex version," either ( gag, how plastic) ...........last time I looked, the sanctification process is a lifelong one.

I agree, though sadly many churches teach like this :(

BTW I don't believe it's the Jewish ethnicity they are referring to, but the Jewish faith

she is merely voicing what the majority of the Christians I've met, here and IRL believe - I don't fully argee with her (on several statements) but I understand where she is coming from ....

Okay now that is enough to embarrass me as a woman and a Christian.
It reminds me of a saturday night live episode.

I don't know if it's the majority or not--but it's too many, anyway.

I've grown up in the church all my life, I'm offspring of clergy and was in and out of many protestant churches & denominations growing up. Maybe two thirds believe that way. It's the product of sloppy teaching and sloppy thinking, and there certainly needs to be a change!

And I hate to sound grumpy, but I dislike being represented by someone in a low-cut blouse and a skimpy mini skirt who looks like a Barbie doll and talks squeaky and perky. :o Like, put some clothes on, and let someone else with some wisdom and dignity do the talking.

(I'd better get some breakfast......no food is making me mean.)
