That specific icon was painted by Monastary Icons. I highly warn against buying icons from them. Ref the thread from March 19th: http://www.christianforums.com/t105287
I would suggest the following sites for icon prints:
http://www.comeandseeicons.com
http://htmadmin.phpwebhosting.com/mounted.htm
http://www.iconsexplained.com/iec/iec_idb2g.htm
Or if you want one painted, contact me.

I love that image, regardless of the reputation of the company that sells it. I do prefer modern style iconography as opposed to Byzantine/Russian when it comes to Michael. In the older styles, he looks effeminate. I like that image because he looks tough.
Here is one of my favourites in the "old style" (Russian, I believe this one to be) and a website with a bunch of pictures of St. Mike.

Is there a difference between Orthodox and Catholic Icons?

I'm not going to buy any until I move out. Religiousness is somewhat stifled in this household.
This site http://htmadmin.phpwebhosting.com/mounted.htm has a few that I am really interested in, such as
- St. Job the Much Suffering
- Ss. Cyril & Methodius
- Archangel Michael
- St. John Chrysostom
- St. Herman of Alaska
attached accordingly.
Those are just the ones I've looked at so far.

Some more I like while I'm at it:
- Christ of Sinai
- Mother of God Wheatfield
- Three Hierarchs
- Sevel Ecumenical Councils

Too bad, but I know how it is. However, I didn't let it stop me from turning turning the basement into a Church.;)
