It is a joke, something to make fun of fundamental Baptists. I believe that LandOver Baptist is the name of Jerry Falwell's church.

That is the most absurd thing I've read in a looooong time. Methinks some snert had way too much time on his hands and no parental supervision.

Oh goodness. I used to go to an affiliated board that was called "Jesus Hates Smut". lol Between JHS and LandOver, it's enough to raise my blood pressure a million points. I feel silly for getting so worked up over it though. I know that it is a poor excuse for a joke, but it still pushes my buttons from time to time.

Is this site a joke? :confused: It has to be after reading their 'beliefs' page... My guess is that this web-site is just a very tasteless joke. I attend a baptist church and I can tell you, that web-site is nothing like our churches preaches or believes. I would say that web-site is nothing more than a spoof site by someone who doesn't care much for the Baptist religion.

Its quite tasteless but not a joke. I read up on this website after being shocked by it, the guy who runs it is head of some very anti-Christian organization. The goal of that site is to give all Christians a bad name, and to misrepresent us.
