Nevermind; I figured it out :)

No, my parish is not a part of PLSE, although I am already thinking about becoming an ordained minister (probably as a permanent deacon but perhaps a full priest).

It looks like an interesting ministry for more mature adolescents to get involved in their church and community. I'll have to ask my parish priests about it.
