The night jazz class is full of professional and semi-pro jazz musicians. He was invited to sit in with them since he'd made the trip to the campus. He entered a jaunty youth. He exited sober and pensive. But he totally enjoyed not keeping up with such accomplished musicians.

The jazz teacher said he needs a good tenor sax in the noon-time jazz ensemble, so Thing 1 will switch classes tomorrow.

It finally gets the perfect sweet, rich, creamy consistency. Smells like a little potful of divinity. I pour about half of it into a bowl, to take to the table.

I get about half a foot away from my chair.
