It looks like it has wings in some images when it moves around.

That's cool. I don't think it's a bug, but perhaps a way to draw attention. I don't know though.

The tip off here for me is that its blurry and that it stays the same size through out. Whatever it is (in my opinion a small piece of blue plastic), it seems to be very close to the camera lens, and doesn't get smaller as you'd expect something moving away from the point of view would.

I learn to never trust the media with supernatural stuff.

I'm pretty skeptical--I don't believe in that kind of thing until I see it for myself. That could have easily been a weird glitch in the camera.
