What is the 1st thing you do on Christmas morning? This Christmas it was ...

Wake up,look out the window, see more snow falling in my mountains and feel sad that the weather here and in the Midwest is causing me to miss my first Christmas ever with my kids. Then I felt happy, remembering that God is in control and that they (son, 20, daughter, 17) are blessing my dad, who is terminally ill with cancer, with their presence and their efforts to make his perhaps final Christmas a joyful one, and also that the weather is expected to get better later in the week and I can get home for New Year's weekend.

Merry Christmas, Everyone!! ... and ...

Happy Birthday

Wake up, walk the dogs, turn on christmas music, watch the dogs open their Christmas presents (they love ripping up tisue paper), give family their Christmas presents, praise God for the last year and praise God for the next one, and then have breakfast.

Wake up and thank God for all the blessing in my life.Merry CHRISTmas everyone and remember what today is really about.God Bless

Isaiah 9:6-7 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor,Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.

Wake up, tell my kids to brush their teeth, then sit and watch them enjoy the commercialism of Christmas.
