What's the plural of Jesus? Would it be "Jesuses" or "Jesii"? If the latter, how would it be spelled? "Jesii" or "Jesae"?

Correct!
In the Greek New Testament, there is no plural of IhsouV.
Jesus' name (or the other people who had the same name) in the Greek appears in these forms:
Ihsou - genetive, singular, Masculine, neuter; Ihsou - Dative, singular, masculine, neuter; Ihsou - voccative, singular, masculine, neuter; Ihsoun - accusative, singular, massculine, neuter.
