I have an idea, but I don't know what anyone would think about it. What about a subforum in New Member's Intros just for guests? I know guests posting everywhere wouldn't turn out well, so how about one moderated subforum where guests can actually post and get to know members here before joining. Just to talk about anything, post questions, etc.

Good idea, but it could cause problems with rule violations and trolls. Would need to be watched very closely if it is created.

i think it would be more trouble than it is worth and it would need someeone watching it 24/7 so it may not be a good idea

Many people read various threads before they join to get an idea of whether or not they would like to join. It doesn't take much to join and it would defeat the purpose if folks posted but didn't join.

Thanks lily00 - I understand what you're talking about I just don't think it's needed - at least not right now.

Ah, it was just something that came to mind. :D Inventors think of something the world doesn't have and ticks on it for awhile. ;)
