Revelation 12:
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. (KJV)
Revelation 12:
7 And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels going forth to war with the dragon; and the dragon warred and his angels;
8 And they prevailed not, neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9 And the great dragon was cast down, the old serpent, he that is called the Devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world; he was cast down to the earth, and his angels were cast down with him. (ASV)

people also use passages from Isaiah and Ezekiel, though I can't remember the chapters off hand. Though those two don't explicitly state that they are speaking of a fallen angel, they strongly imply it. Also that is where the name "Lucifer" comes from.

ISA 14:12 How you have fallen from heaven,
O morning star, son of the dawn!
You have been cast down to the earth,
you who once laid low the nations!
ISA 14:13 You said in your heart,
"I will ascend to heaven;
I will raise my throne
above the stars of God;
I will sit enthroned on the mount of assembly,
on the utmost heights of the sacred mountain.
ISA 14:14 I will ascend above the tops of the clouds;
I will make myself like the Most High."
ISA 14:15 But you are brought down to the grave,
to the depths of the pit.
Also:
LK 10:17 The seventy-two returned with joy and said, "Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name."
LK 10:18 He replied, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

Lucifer translates as morning star, and symbolically associates with the King of Babylon. This is a facet of the astrology of those days too, if I am not mistaken.
In turn, Church fathers and scripture (http://www.nccbuscc.org/nab/bible/1peter/1peter5.htm) tended toward using Lucifer and Babylon as code words too for evil secular powers of any age that would make a pretense to the heavens as gods, but are actually lacking of the humility that is the fundamental characteristic of the Most High, as revealed in Lord Christ Jesus, the Lamb of of the true God.
The way that scripture interchanges between actual historic figures, such as a king of Babylon who is referred to in the Isaiah passage, and Biblical symbols and figures of arrogance and cunning and outright evil such as Satan, and Lucifer and the dragon/ snake of Revelation/Genesis, gives a certain amount of depth to the multi-faceted meanings that may be derived from the morning star, or Satan, falling from heaven like lightning. In other words, what is being referred to is not so much a spiritual person, but a truth about a demonic spiritual force that is corrupting the powers and principalities of this world. There is the hope though that with the triumph of the humility of the Lamb, the prideful evil spirit that now dominates the earth as if a god from above will one day too fall from its heights and be consumed ignobly by the worm.
