I don't think the place you attend defines who you are.
Just my 2 cents.

I don't think the place you attend defines who you are.
Just my 2 cents.Amen.... the place should not define who and what relationship you have with the Lord.
Congregation locations:
There does not seem to be any one congregation/study group list that has "all" the groups listed so here are a number of places to search for a congregation/study group near you.

I still consider myself (Somewhat) Baptist, and go to a Baptist church, but for the most part, I am the only one there who has a "Messianic" mindset, which I'm still learning much about all the time. There's a lot of truths in Messianic Judaism that 'the church' in general seems to get wrong (I've been biting my tongue when I hear Christmas sermons this year ;)) or just misses all together, for whatever reason, and I feel like if I leave and go somewhere that everyone knows these things already (Like a messianic synagogue) I might miss an opportunity to share this knowledge with people at my church.
Something I have been concidering is going to both my church on Sundays and a MJ congregation on Shabbat.

There are many who work that transition period that way. They stay where they are to share with those who are there about the truth in Hebrew mindset info and associate with like minds on the shabbat.

Hi Ripley! I just began my study of Messianic Judaism and there are no Messianic congregations closer than 2 hours away... Therefore, my family will be studying on our own -- our own little "home church" if you will. I won't advise on what you should do, as I'm not practicing the faith, just beginning my study of it. I'm sure a lot of people here who are practicing and have been for a while will be able to provide you with a lot of great information. G-d's blessings to you as you search for His truth! :)

I am in the same boat as you. I have come to the conclusion that it is a move of God, that he is waking his church up to the truth. I believe that the key is to trust God and go with his leading, he will bring you to like minded people, but not necessarily in the way you expect.
I dont always understand many of the discussions on this forum, having only a very bad grasp of Hebrew, but it has been incredibly helpful to learn from other people, but has allowed me to develop independently with a Jewish framework, if you understand me.

For those of you without congregations, you can meet with other Messianics online via PalTalk. Google it and sign up. Click on Religion and then (gasp) Christianity. You'll soon learn which rooms are Messianic and which aren't. Normally someone is "teaching" or on Shabbat there might be services. I can meet with some of our out-lying congregation in the rooms and stay in touch with them. And for you in Great Britain - there are some nightowls on at all times!
