We need sackcloth and ashes

I think we need to have sackcloth and ashes available for people. There are times in life people may need to express themselves this way.

I found another request for this from the end of September where I said it had already been requested and I'd update that thread when I got news on it but I can't find the "original" thread anywhere. So this one is being properly acknowledged :P
