The current requirements have been much simplified and are as follows:-
MODERATOR APPLICATION GUIDELINES
In order to apply to be a staff member, you should have at least 200 posts in the last 3 months, with a number of substantial posts - IOW, they cannot be mostly conversations with ChrisBot or word games. Staff will review the members posting style, warning/infraction record, and other information as needed.
Moderator applications, voting, and commentary will be private to protect the applicants confidentiality.
