Why isn't it showing up

I have all 5 equiped items, I have have tried to equip them and no luck. The site keeps telling me that i don't have all five which i do. Any help on getting my character to show up that would be great.

Ok tell me exactly what items you've bought (not exact names just category) and which ones you've equipped.

I have gotten my body, hair, eyes, brows, lips, dress, jewelery, shoes, background and bible. I have tried to equip all of that and it says that I don't have the five equiped item and as you can see I do. I don't have double of anything so I don't know what is going on

Equip the body parts first. The message about having the 5 equipped items should go away then. Then equip the clothes, etc.
