I believe the Reconciliation Team are the folks to contact to resolve issues with moderator actions.

I used to be the Ombudsman but I resigned in July due to not having enough time to devote to the job among other things. As I understand it, many of the old Ombudsman functions have been given to to Reconciliation team.

In the past few days I have received a number of PMs about moderator actions asking for help after months of no requests at all. Perhaps some old information is getting bumped, but it would be a good idea to have the current volunteers receive these messages instead of me :)

Thanks!

Hi Joykins! Just editing to this to add that the first step a member needs take is contact team first if issue on staff action, then reconciliation team. It's a rule, so I thought I should add.

Here's the rule:

Issues with staff decisions should be taken to the staff member, then the reconciliation team, period. Don't post them, don't PM them to others, don't take them to Lee.

I think the infraction message still says to contact the Ombudsman.
The techs have to work on the text.
