Hiiii,

This is a fun thread where I ask if you would please post your favorite (or one of your favorite) pictures of the Holy Spirit and then explain why you chose it!

Get it? well, I'll go first as an example:

here goes,

okay and I chose this one because...

wow, the colors are kinda off LOL and... the Holy Spirit is exploding in Power!!! from on high, and His force is so direct: comin' right at ya apostles and Mary.

I think that it is good the charismatic christians put so much emphasis on the Holy Spirit, many christians just kind of ignore the Holy Spirit, in theology and in life

I had been a Catholic since my baptism in 1946...one day I day in 1981 I heard Charismatics speaking in a way about the Holy Spirit that I had never heard before. I went home to pray and said "Lord if this is true, please show me."

The following week, I went to my first prayer meeting. There was no priest at the meeting although the group was gathered in the church hall. I told the group gathered for prayer, of my mission. The leader of the group said "We have to pray over this lady". Oh did they....gather round and laid their hands on me while they prayed and asked for the Holy Spirit to come. And YES the answer came. HE touched me in a way that there was no doubt that it was HE. I knew beyond a doubt of what the Holy Spirit could do and that HE was with me, that HE can speak to you in HIS own way.

My Dear Brother, Rhamiel,....
Do you think it is time you come out of your little closet?
We know you are a Catholic Charismatic.
When are you going to just say it?

Here is what I say.

I am Born Again, Spirit Filled, Bible Thumpen,(Tongue Talken), Foot Stompen, Hand waven, washed in the Blood of the Lamb, Roman Catholic.

Well I love to pray in tongues, but umm, I don't eat tongues.

I know I know, Jesus told us all foods are clean, but I can't digest the idea of eating a tongue!

When I was a kid, in the deli there was always a big cow tongue. Then they would just slice it and it was disgusting.
