I want to ask ~~ to pray for me, :blush: last monday therapy got canceled and now I'm feeling stressed and scared. Had a panick-attack last evening. I hope you consider praying for me~ that I'll get through the weekend okay without cutting myself or ending on the ceiling outta fear. :o

Well, guess my weekend is as lonely as usual: I'm living alone in my parents house since they died (mom 4 months ago) and I can call people, sure, but atm things are very confusing and hard. :blush:

I haven't had panick-attacks for a while. I'm just facing~myself: I need to accept - or let it be -

Next week will be exciting and scary: I have therapy on monday~usual, and I'm scared to feel. Probably because there's so much going on in my life. And the day after I start a new stabilisation-group therapy for people who dissociate. Which is scary too. :blush:

Therapy today was canceled. I mus say that the prayers have helped me, therapy went very well yesterday and I'm back on track thank you friends!!!

Lord, please bless and protect this child of yours who has gone through so much and still has a journey before her. Father God, I pray that her life is filled with suppotive, caring and compassionate friends who are able to give her unconditional love. We pray for your hand over the therapist so that Sam may learn how to cope with the trials and tribulations she is going through. We pray that she turns to You and Your Living Word when she feels alone .. and knows that she is not lonely ! We pray for her comfort and strength through this. Amen.
