Armageddon

Armageddon is a battlefield described in the Bible (Revelation 16:16), as the scene of a prophetic battle between the kings of the east (which are Russia and her allies) and the kings of the west (which is the European Economic Community). When these armies arrive in this battlefield, they will be taught what war is all about. They will finally realize that they were brought there to fight the Lord and His army and not an alien invasion (which the powers that be want the general public to believe). Those that are unlearned in the scripture think that, this battle can take place at anytime. But those that believe and know the truth are well aware that several events must take place before this war is fought.

The first event will be a temple being built in Jerusalem. This structure cannot be placed on its original locations for the simple fact that, the Arabs (Ishmaelites) have the dome of the rock in the exact location of the previous temple. The Gentiles will build this temple. The Edomites will have a hand in this. Once the temple is built animal scarifies will be re-instituted. These scarifies will be done a total of one thousand ten days. The so-called vicar of christ (abomination of desolation) will stop the daily sacrifices. His army will take thirty days to stop the daily sacrifices. They will place this so-called king in the temple that will be built in Jerusalem. Once he is in place, the church will flee into the wilderness. The abomination that make it desolate will rule one thousand two hundred and sixty days (3 ½ years). While his regime is in power, the Lord’s church will remain in the wilderness forty-two months. Toward the end of his reign, the battle (Armageddon) will be fought. With that being said, let’s prove the above statements in the Word of God, and then look at the battle itself.

What is your question? You do know that you are a fellowship poster and can only ask questions?

Questions. Do Orthodox Jews believe future animal sacrifices are/will-be required, and do they view this being started before or after the Jew's Messiah comes ?
And where does the poster get the 1010 days from? Thanks and Shalom.

[I]Luke 2:34 And blesses them, Simon, and said toward Mariam, the mother of Him, "Lo, this-one is set/lying for the Falling and Ressurection/up-standing/ana-stasin <386> in many to-the Israel, and into a Sign against-spoken/anti-legomenon <483> (5746)"-- [Ezekiel 37 "Valley of the Bones"?]

Do Orthodox Jews believe future animal sacrifices are/will-be required, and do they view this being started before or after the Jew's Messiah comes [I only ask this because Orthodox Jews are still waiting on their own Messiah, not the one Christians believe is their Messiah]?

Yes, they do. But this is only when the Beis haMiqdosh is erected. The concept of "requirement" is a bit different however. Sacrifices are offered based on the given precepts within the Torah, but the very root of the sacrifice is to become closer to God (hence the name qorbanos). It's viewed in an overall different light than it is in Christianity.

The obligation to build a Temple is, has, and will always be upon all Israel. Once that Temple is built and purified, then the sacrifices can commence. Some Orthodox Jews like the Haredim (especially the non- or anti-Zionist Haredim) trust that Messiah will return to build the Temple, however the more nationalistic sects hold to the precept that it is incumbent upon Israel to build it whether or not the Messiah is here. Still a third opinion is that the Temple will come from heaven.

I like the Temple Institute's take on it. Israel, without Divine help, could not possibly build the Temple of Ezekiel's vision due to its enormity. So it is incumbent to build a Temple comparable to the Temple in Herod's time (the second Temple), which after being renovated, had some aspects of Ezekiel's vision incorporated in it.

Once the Messiah returns (or comes, in the case of our Jewish bretheren) all will be reconciled and the Glorious Temple of Ezekiel's vision will be erected. The very topography of Jerusalem and indeed, all Israel will be changed.

Thanks for clarifying that.
I must go now to clean my In-Box of numerous reports I have gotten from this one thread started by a poster who never even posed questions. Sigh. Shalom.

If OP would like to continue this discussion as there has been no question asked by OP, then we can move it up to debate.

I don't think Ozel would mind if you moved it to the debate area.
