What are you supposed to do when there's a troll in a thread flaming people who has been reported at least twice and after two days the posts are still there, the behavior continues, and no mods for that forum/category are available or online to do anything about it?

First thing, PM a mod and/or Admin on the team. Let the team look into the matter. If after that you still have concerns, contact the Reconciliation Team or start a thread in the new Complaint/Suggestion Box.

Yes, the posts were reported by several people over the course of a couple of days.
