How to use Wiki for Discuss/Rules

The Discuss/Rules format is now used to put your points in the article so that the owner, LeeD, can read the points in the article; which will be like a summation of points written by many people contributing to the article.

If you need a new Wiki created for a new topic, please contact support team.

The article is this area, I'm now writing in, and is what first shows when one goes in a wiki.

To type in the article hit Edit.

Put in the article only the points (summary) of your idea/suggestion/thoughts etc. Then hit save.

In one Wiki article, many can put their points below or above the ones already in the article, so that all can be read at one glance.

To discuss what is in the article hit Discussion and that's an area which is the same as a posting area where you can read and type in your discussion of the article topic.

So, the article is for a summary of your points, like a line or two, and discussion is where one would discuss those points or the topic.

Go Advanced is for advanced editing for things like formatting the article, and is not necessary to be used.

History shows who and when entires were made by, though History is buggy and is not a reliable indicator of History of the article.

Support is the team who oversees this area so please send them a private message if you have anything you need help with.

The wiki article is meant to become an executive summary of the major concerns in the discussion thread, not the current consensus.

Oh, OK.

So it will change as an answer is given?

Not automatically. Thread participants keep up the summary. I'm guessing that if there's a "final" answer, that would be added to the wiki article and the thread would be closed.

Have the wiki articles all been done away with in CF2?

If there no longer are any summaries, can this sticky be updated by someone who knows what's going on?
