Seems like Admins are stepping in and overruling our everyday mod staff.
How do we address this?

Good question Steve, how are you going to do that?

Well, apparently we have NO choice in who becomes an Admin. Shame, really, because they apparently can override any and all decisions of our mods. Bet the decision against Auntie would not have happened for any WWMC flame. But then they don't post much - they're too busy lurking here. :P

Who was the 3rd Admin to rule against Auntie? Anyone know? All I saw in the report thread were Tishri and Jim47.

Good question. What happened to Auntie? I need to go and read the report.
I want Auntie back here if she was banned.

She wasn't banned, D'Ann - but she left in tears. Check the threads before yesterday. I'd get you the link, but then I'd lose my post (stoooopid reply box).

When did posting a truth become posting a flame?

Hey Steve...per Lee's announcement I believe this is the relevant point:
Issues with staff decisions should be taken to the staff member, then the reconciliation team, period. Don't post them, don't PM them to others, don't take them to Lee.

simplest way would be to send a e-mail or private message to leed with your grevences.

Agreed, Tonks. It began in the Report Thread itself. Now Jim47 declares CC's rules no longer in effect but has not done so with any other congregation. We asked why but it not only wasn't answered inadequately, it wasn't answered at all. Now, apparently, Jim needs a cool off period and has closed the thread. How do we approach the Reconciliation Team and how do we get the Rec Team member who told us to go to the devil to NOT be the one to help. It appears to be a lost cause. :(
Thanks f

He is Admin over Non-Nicene Congregations and has not posted the notice there.

Hi CIH
I would PM Letalis, or meh. I believe that Heather Jay has also been added to the RT so I'd also suggest her as well.
Unfortuantely what I posted was pretty much all I know...I'm not sure how the RT operates, what their policies are etc.
I'd also suggest sending a PM to Jim privately...perhaps he's feeling hounded, perhaps he jumped the gun, perhaps he made a mistake, perhaps he posted the truth...I can understand his (possible approach) when one of the first threads he posted already generated a thread on how to boot an Admin off of staff.
There will probably be many mistakes etc made in the next few days. I know that Theology is just sort of coasting along doing things the same way until we're told differently.
I'd also try PMing the other ET Admins to see if they have anything to say on the matter.
You now know just as much as I do...lol.

Not true - TCL (Lutheran) forum has an identical thread.

Not true - TCL (Lutheran) forum has an identical thread.1. Not every forum has these threads. Why the haphazard implementation? There are like 3 ET Admins running around today ... they all have no problem posting in CC reports, they couldn't make a one post in each of the Congregational fora?
2. Why didn't Jim just say so? He was asked MULTIPLE times.

Dang it. I love Auntie and I want her back. This whole thing is ridiculous and starting to really get on my nerves. In other words, I'm getting mad.
Thank you for the heads up information.

Jim,
That report is a no violation. I'm not sure what is going on here, but I'm starting to get really upset right now.
You get Auntie back here.

Please tell me why I should feel the need to tell you everything. I posted what was posted in the admin forum and you and others jump all down my back as if I had done something wrong. My sole intent was that all CC was a ware so they didn't ban someone. Is that wrong?
I would have posted this same message in a few other forums as well, but CC pretty much kept me answering to all you accusations all night.
