I'm in agreement with Higgs. A few of us had come to the conclusion that we thought it would be best to wait to have a sign in. I'm pretty conservative too - but not sure we've really defined what a moderate is....cos this forum was started mainly by people who found CC a little too aggressive whilst agreeing with their SoF.

We do...balance is good. :hug: But pretty much all of us have stated that "moderate" describes us. I've seen most, if not all, of the more conservative folks coming in and stating why they see themselves as moderate.

My request is that it have some discussion.

On neither the Liberal nor the Conservative forums is there much of any talk about any moral, political, social, or even particularly deep religious questions. Aside from the 95% of the posts that deal with how to run the forum, they both seem like chat rooms for virtual penpals.

I'm not really big on labels (isn't that such a cliche?), but I don't feel at home in either the conservative forum or liberal forum.

I am traditionally a conservative, believing that we should follow God's will as He reveals it to us through the bible and prayer, but lean way liberal on the way we're supposed to treat our fellow people-persons. I guess I believe in piety and voluntary socialism. Does that make me a moderate or bipolar ;) ?
