Do the character, special and armor items always stay the same, or do they get up dated to new ones?

New ones get added all the time, but once they're in there, they usually are there for good, unless it's a Special of the Month, which is for Christmas, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, 4th of July, a few of the Jewish holidays (though some of those are permanent) and I think a couple of things for Thanksgiving (US, not Canadian).
