Hi all
I have a question to ask that came to me the other day. ne of the reasons given against abortion is that the innocent must be protected. However I do not believe anyone is innocent as we are all born with a sinful nature. The question would be when does this sinful nature come into being. My line of thought is that if you consider a fetus to be a life then it has the sinful nature then.

So is a fetus really innocent?

As I said I am not looking for debate but rather just seeking peoples views on this. If you have a different view to innocent than I do then please explain it and why you have that view.

I would ask people if they want to debate abortion either start a different thread or go to http://foru.ms/t6276844-abortion.html

My reason against abortion is that no one has the right to take away a human life. I have never used the innocent act, I think that refers to innocence of a crime not sin.

I think the question is moot. Whether a fetus is an 'innocent life' or a 'guilty life' is immaterial. Even a guilty life has a right to not be ended arbitrarily.

I've never really given a thought of taking an "innocent life" as there are adults lives that are taken that are "innocent". My reason against abortion is taking a life God created, one person taking anothers life into their own hands. Also, it jeopeardises the eternal life of the aborter.
