Please pray for my Brother

My brother has just been redeployed to Iraq. I would really appreciate your payers for his safety. :prayer:

I do pray for the people of Iraq and Afganistan for they did not ask for the tyranny and fear they are forced to live with.

I posted this thread for my brother because he is there against his will; he is fighting a war he does not believe in and has already been injured by insergents in Basra. He has a young wife and a 2 year old son and I fear for his safety.

We all want this war to be over as soon as possible so our boys can come home and the Iraqy people can re build their country and their lives.

I'm sorry MLH thought was so disrespectful of your prayer request. I am the one who reported his post. This is NOT the place to make one feel guilty, or as if they need to defend their loved ones.

I will be praying for your brother, Sharon. As well as for you, his whole family, and most especially for his wife and child who must be fearful and missing him terribly.

Please let us know if you need any further prayers for your brother, or his family -- like if you feel especially worried or something like that (not like he's not on my prayer list already now! ;) )

Also, please don't let MLH's rudeness get in the way of asking for prayers for your brother who definitely deserves to be respected and prayed for!

I am sorry for what I posted Sharon, it was disrespectful of me and I have no excuse. I am against the war but I do support the troops because they need it. My cousin is in Iraq and my closest friend died in Iraq so I sometimes vent my frustration, but this was neither the proper place to do so, I am sorry.
