One of the recurring points of contention in the Deliverance Ministry forum is the debate about whether Christians can have demon-based problems requiring such ministry. The Deliverance Theology forum was created to facilitate that debate, but it still keeps spilling into the Ministry forum anyway. Some members there seem to go filibustering this forum with the intent of discouraging ministry that doesn't fit with their personal theology. This tends to intimidate those in need, Christian or not, because they go in expecting some kind of ministry, but walk in on an intellectual brawl, instead.
I would propose that a subforum be created, "Deliverance Ministry for Christians," for believers who are seeking deliverance and those who believe they can minister to them; excluding those who reject such ministry. If this rule is effectively enforced, it should keep the debate in the Theology subforum, where it belongs, and free up the regular Deliverance Ministry forum for unbelievers.
I would make the distinction "for Christians," because unbelievers do not always recognize themselves as such and wouldn't necessarily go to a forum entitled "Deliverance Ministry for Non-Christians."
