I'm not sure if this would work or not as we have to keep in mind the default "underwear" when designing items, but I'll add this to the October 1st "To Be Considered List" and the designers can sort it out when they go through that list.

Maybe you could use holes for the arms or something so it covers up the t-shirt straps.

What if you used some sort of suspender to hold up the barrel? It would cover the underwear straps
