someone has made NUMEROUS reports on posts from pre777. I also think an FSB for that memebr is in order!
Anyone know why this is happening?

This was discussed in CR a while back. Recovery have a moderation queue for some of their forums. When posts elsewhere are unapproved, they are added to this queue which makes life difficult for Recovery team. She first asked would we stop doing it and then announced she would shortly be having a housecleaning which she apparently did today! You would have seen this had you read the link she put in the reports.
(A warning would have been nice, Steffi!)
Anyways, all that needs doing is to approve the posts. That takes them out of the moderation queue. The threads are so old, it doesn't really matter anymore - they're all pre-777 and waaaaay down in the archives.
We just need to help Recovery unclutter their cupboards!!
Otherwise, don't fret, there's no malicious intent.

ahhh...so that's why....
I checked before going to work this am and saw all those reports and thought "Holy Camole!" Which begs the questions - what is a camole and how does it get holy?
Now I understand and will approve the posts I can approve.

I actually owe Steffi an apology - the link in those reports was to a current thread in CR announcing the housecleaning and what needs to be done.
Sorry, Steff! (not that she reads in here!)

yep and i learned a very important lesson yesterday...not to speculate on what other members of the team do or don't do. I wound up with egg on my face defending the team and it's modding practices to another Admin. :(

there is also a relevant thread located here: http://foru.ms/t5320660 which has bearing on the history of the practice and of problems with it in the past.

Well researched! Yes, that was when I (we) stopped doing it!
