After Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil did they then become judgers of what was good and what was evil base on their own wisdom (not Gods)?

I voted yes.
We were created in the image of God and when Adam and Eve fell, that image was marred by the eating of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Any wisdom they had previously received from God was now marred by the flesh and became earthly. So therefore, Adam and Eve would judge from their internal worldview which is the flesh.
But now, since being born again, God would have us receive and walk in His wisdom via the Spirit..
Jam 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first truly pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
The whole passage of James 3 speaks of the difference between the wisdom that is earthly and sensual and that which is from above.

"Though Satan had a much larger team of lawyers, God was no idiot, and many of the evil-friendly laws were quashed before they got off the drawing board.
One such law, that Satan penned himself, seemed fairly innocuous on the surface. The law stated that fruit could not contain knowledge. God vetoed the law and, to spite Him, Satan injected a few apples in the Garden of Eden with the idea of modesty.
This nearly ruined mankind. But God was right on the ball and let Sir Isaac Newton discover gravity when an apple dropped onto his head, and other early scientists saw the evidence of microorganisms by watching apples decay, thus leading to better sanitation and medicines.
So mankind ultimately had to wear clothing but kept them nice and clean, on the whole."
