Is there such a thing as "positive energy" or "negative energy"? I learned things like this from kung-fu/taichi-chuan but not from scripture. I learned of the yin/yang but that was from Tao, not from the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.

Jesus Christ was not always "positive", to use the pop vernacular. In fact, much that He said could be considered "negative", but then anything contrary to holiness is sin and thereby negative. No need to even begin the list; we know so many of these passages by heart.
