all the sites seem to have it one chapter at a time.
Is there anywhere I can cut and past the entire book?

The KJV on that site will allow what you want. The other versions probably will also.

http://bible.oremus.org/

That one will do it, too, in KJV.
If you want NRSV, you have to ask for it in two sections due to copyright.

biblegateway.com has several translations of the 66 book protestant bible. But in the newer translations it sticks in links to the footnotes which can be annoying.

I want it in RSV.
I can get it a chapter at a time in lots of places.
I just was wondering if someone had it in a whole.

Is the RSV public domain yet?

If so, it would be at project gutenberg. They are an online Public domain text library.
