Might I make a suggestion for a sticky thread. Yes, I know, sticky threads aren't read, but it might work in conjuction with the rules, as something that we can point to and say "GO READ."
The thread subject:
IMPORTANT: Read this before posting in this forum
The body of the message will include a summary of who we are, without going into details. Sort of a brief explanation as to why the name is non-WoF.
In addition, it will state that the only people who can post in the forum for any type of debate or discussion must agree to the rules of the forum (link to the rules can be provided). A couple highlights can be included for clarity, so people understand it is based on what we believe, not on the icon someone wears.
The idea is that when we are asked, we can point to it, wihtout having to constantly explain. In addition, when we have the attacks that we have, we can point to it, and use the rules to enforce it.
Just a thought. Let me know what you think, or if you have ideas for the wording of the content of the message.
