I have started a new discussion for Rules in this subforum. It's in the wiki here (http://foru.ms/t5721783-wiki-charismatic-forum.html&page=2#post38932100). Regarding the Forum Specific Ban protocol.

If we want that protocol in our forum, we have to specifically adopt it.

I think there needs to be some mechanism to ban individuals whose only goal seems to be to harass us

I agree whole-heartedly. It will help our forum keep a positive, edification-based approach if we aren't repeatedly dealing with people who really shouldn't be posting in our forum in the first place.
