He used to be 0842, when he first joined. He had surgery that the doctor really messed up, and they put him in Career Retention (which is now an actual MOS). He was so good at it, he stayed doing it, and now he is up for CRS of the year for the whole Marine Corps. He also does the rifle range.

LOL, true story, I still hide 2 of my tattoos from my father. To this day he still doesn't know I have them, and one of them is 16 years old.

So my senior year in High School I rebelled and got it done anyway. :sorry: I thought I'd gotten away with it too...but on my graduation day she spied the earrings. :doh: What a horrid day it turned out to be because she laid into me like nobodies business! :cry: Thank goodness she never found the other too piercings. :P

Okay, I found a picture that I'm able to show here that'll fit. This picture was taken in my livingroom last October. My nephew and his wife just came off their honeymoon and visited the family. My mother, who is in the center, just finished her 2nd week of radiation at this point.

From right to left....

I am in the red, next is my oldest sister in the peach shirt, next is my mom, next my dad, next is my brother who is the oldest of all the siblings and then my middle sister.

I got a haircut about a couple weeks before that picture and hated it. The lady cut it too short. Oh well....can't always have it our way...:)

not seeing each other or being in touch for over 10 long years. DH and I met late in life and had only been married for two years when this pic was snapped.
