Come on gang what if God sent His son in here by the power of the Holy Spirit?

All of you would be in trouble ... I wanted to respond to those closed thread's, but the Holy Spirit kept me out of it.

I forgive you all ... Tamara, Jason, Pete, J.O. ya'll apologize for making a big scene out of one little testimony from someone who meant no harm.

You took out your dislike for his tribe on him and that's not right.

I'll leave it to your conscience to decide if a fresh start would help clear the air.

Don't turn this attempt into another, "he said she said", battle ... treat the situation like God does when he forgives.

When God forgives a repenter ... it's like he never did anything wrong or He wouldn't be God.

Since I have no clue what you're talking about, I'll be a mart-aleck:

Kiss: Yes -- Rom. 16:16; 1 Cor. 16:20; 2 Cor. 13:12; 1 Th. 5:26; 1 Pet. 5:14

Make-up: Just don't go overboard on the adornment -- 1 Tim. 2:9; 1 Pet. 3:3

Geetrue, I appreciate your heart on this. I didn't wish this drug back up again, though, as I sent PM apologies to them, also reported my original post to have the discussion split into a new thread (due to my unintentional thread derailment). This goes much deeperr than the testimony of one person, unfortunately, and is an issue that will probably remain unresolved. :(

The silence of the others is evident so I propose no more open bar for ya'll ... so to speak. lol

What you have effectively done is split the upper room into three parts ...

Pentecostal/Word of Faith/Charismatic-Non-Word of Faith.

No compromise without hope of working this out ... ?

I learned early in my walk that forgiveness (on my part) is a requirement. The Lord expects me to choose to forgive. I live my life that way.

I choose to forgive all those who offend me, (I do not announce to them the fact as my bitterness is my issue to repent from)

I do ask those who I’ve offended to forgive me if I’ve caused them grief and I strive to be at peace with all men. I can’t take back unwise words spoken in haste, but I can say I’m sorry for them.

I believe that it is more important to God that I live right then it is to be right.

Ultimately, it is the Lord I have to answer to for the issues of my heart

Dude, if I offended anyone, I sincerely apologize. And like Jason, I appreciate your heart on this.

However, I feel I must also tell you that it is not your place to tell people when they should or should not apologize. That is the Holy Spirit's job. It is also not your place to make a judgment call based upon the "silence" of others. For example; your post was made on Friday evening, 8:52 PM my time. I signed off on Friday, 5:00 PM my time, and did not sign on again until this morning, making this the first opportunity I've had to see this thread. I suspect that others have not yet had a chance to see this either.

So I guess my point is, I do sincerely apologize if I hurt or offended anyone. It was never my intention to do so.

So I accept your rebuke, and I hope you will accept mine in the spirit of humility in which it is offered.

Geetrue, I also appreciate your peacemaking efforts here, but, to be honest, am rather offended that you have judged us in this manner.

Like Pete, my silence is due solely to the fact that I have not been online since Friday. I had no idea this thread even existed. Furthermore... you don't know what happens in private messages.

I also apologize if anything I've said offended anyone. It was not my intent to hurt anyone.

But now, I expect an apology from you for judging me first and not asking questions about my silence.;) Just kidding.

Sorry, I was so quick to leap on your silence ... I see now that I am the week-end warrior and ya'll are the week day working force.

I will now return you to your normally schedlued programing:swoon:
