It seems to me that this website has been split in two between the conservatives and liberals. I wouldn't matter if we voted the sky to be blue, they would vote that its purple.
Getting kinda tired of the polls myself.

That's true...
Surprise, surprise!! ;) ^_^ Just kiddin...
I understood your reason for voting yes. And you made a great statement in that homosexuality is no greater sin than any other. However, the difference is the attitude behind the sin. Most Christians will admit that sin is sin and they try to avoid it or at least repent. The homosexual that knows and agrees it is sin is not one I am concerned about. It's the ones that try to persuade others that homosexuality is NOT sin that bothers me. :sigh: And like it or not, there are at least a few on this board like that who would use their position as mod to cause more confusion over this issue.
I'm not so happy about the fact that we have athiests as mods either, for this same reason.

Yes - I can see both sides on this one...was hard to know which way to vote.
But - homosexuality is not the only sin, and it just seems wrong to single it out..
1 Corinthians 6:9-10 Do you not know that the wicked will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral nor idolaters nor adulterers nor male prostitutes nor homosexual offenders nor thieves nor the greedy nor drunkards nor slanderers nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.
I know a lot of greedy Christians, who would say that they are not in sin....
Not that that makes the other any better - just seems that it's hard to draw a distinction. How can we judge who is sinning 'deliberately' and who isn't

Didn't vote in this one. Mods used to be in a position to minister to people, within a Christian environment but now it's just enforcing rules in a pseudo-Christian environment, so trying to apply Biblical standards is redundant. Couldn't in good conscience vote either way :(
