Here is the recipe for Disneyland's Mint Julep (non alcoholic).

The original recipe that is given to guests upon request at City Hall on Main Street in Disneyland! You can find non-alcoholic creme de menthe syrup at this website: www.davincigourmet.com.

2 hours 1¼ hours prep - makes 6 cups

1 lb granulated sugar
6 cups water
1 1/4 ounces lime juice concentrate
8 1/2 ounces lemonade concentrate
3/4 cup creme de menthe (syrup available at liquor stores. Do not confuse it with creme de menthe liqueur)

Garnishes
mint leaves
lime slices
maraschino cherries

Combine the sugar and water in a 3 quart saucepan. Stir the contents until the sugar is dissolved.

Stir in lime and lemonade concentrate next. Continue stirring and bring to boil just below the boiling point (210 degrees.) DO NOT BOIL!

Remove pan from heat and chill. Once chilled, add a ratio of 1 part syrup to 5 parts chilled water.

Transfer beverage to pitcher and enjoy!

Non-alcoholic Mint Julep???

Thought the entire concept of Mint Julep was to feed bourbon, to people who didn't have the sense to just drink it straight up! ^_^

Yea, I can't stand a mint julep, but as a conduit for bourbon, I might deal with it! ;)

Am I right in thinking that alcohol is forbidden in Disneyland, as are beards among the staff.

Is Outrage! (the beard part that is...I don't fancy the idea of Disneyworld turning into Oktoberfest :P)

The beard regulation wouldn't surprise me. I worked at Cedar Point one summer and they have VERY stringent dress regulations. Men must shave daily. Any and all tattoos must not be visible. Thus as forearm tattoos require either long sleeves or make-up (if make-up cannot make it blend with your natural skin tone you have to wear long sleeves). Basically they want, and they explicitly say this on the first day, that they basically want you to be clones of each other, all looking exactly alike.

Yeah, but at least as a Cedar Point employee you get free admission to the park and they have great roller coasters... The Mormon Church... well, I have yet to see any roller coasters at any of their temples. ;)
