Isaiah 45: 6 That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the YHVH, and there is none else. 7 I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the YHVH do all these things.

Judges 9: 23 Then G-d sent an evil spirit between Abimelech and the men of Shechem; and the men of Shechem dealt treacherously
with Abimelec.

1 Samuel 16: 14 But the Spirit of the YHVH departed from Saul, and an evil spirit from the YHVH troubled him.

1 King 22:23 Now therefore, behold, the YHVH hath put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these thy prophets, and the YHVH hath spoken evil concerning thee.

Yah rules ALL THINGS.

I have or rather had an answer to it, but it is not completely one with me. when i recall it I will share it- it is very metaphys.

I have seen many have difficulty with those scriptures, especially atheists.

Oh, I wasn't saying they are difficult for me... just that traditionally they are viewed as difficult passages. To me, it just says that HaShem rules all things.
