It is ever my intention here in this forum to treat everyone with respect and dignity. But sometimes I fail. I try very hard to address issues, and not get personal, and when I attack, to attack ideas, and not people. But sometimes I mess up. And people get hurt. I have unclean hands, and unclean lips.

I'm an idealist. It's a funny kind of temperament that makes it very easy for me to feel strongly about ideas. But it also means I care deeply about people. I don't like hurting others. If I know that I've hurt someone, I hurt.

When I see that I've needlessly hurt another, I try to make amends. But sometimes on forums, I don't know what I've done, because all I see is print. I can't hear your tone of voice, or see your face fall, or your lips quiver, or eyes tear. I can't see how you needed to leave the room for a while because of something I said.

If I have hurt you in any way, I ask your forgiveness.

If you want to PM me, please feel free, although don't feel obligated.

You know, Ger... You and I hit off on the wrong foot, reagarding threads on "church history". Probably still will, but the rough edes are not so rough between us. We are coming to understand each other, and respect that. I ask for your forgiveness, because I too, will defend a position. Men are not the only ones with hard heads. May the Lord bless you with peace that passes all understanding, His Presence in your study of His Word, and Your humble heart wanting more.

Yeah, we sure did have a rough start. But you know, when you offered to try to work things out, I thought, I doubt its possible, but if she wants to try, she's a good person and I owe it to her to give it my very best shot.

I think all things considered, you and I are doing much much better. I've seen a big change in what you've posted in the forum, and its helped considerably. I know there is still room for improvement on my part. G-d is working on me. :D Thank you for being willing to bend.

Oseh shalom bi-m’romav, hu ya’aseh shalom aleinu v’al kol yisrael, v’imru amen.

May the One who brings peace to the heavens, bring peace to us and to all Israel. And let us say, Amen.
