New ET Staff campaign for Unity

I have been feeling ABBA speak to my heart lately about us and our wonderful Staff and several of you have PMed me also with the same stirring inside, so out of it all comes this thread....If you would like to help please comment on this thread and lets think of a siggy line we can use to help us remember the things we chose to incorporate ...something we can all use to support each other in our desire to be more unified in ET


Here were my thoughts today....

We need to campaign to stop any division from creeping in here by making a few heart felt decisions that will draw all our hearts together
One thing we need to choose, is to above ALL else speak in a favorable way to each other at all times no matter what.... That doesnt mean we have to like what they say or agree with them, but we need to give a loving caring response ALWAYS.... and its a choice, not something we have to feel like doing first in order to do it, feelings may come later but the choice comes now:thumbsup:
We need to be able to stay with the team and discuss with an open mind ALL the responses every ET staffer has in a report, or in a staff HQ thread, and try to work on a solution that includes all suggestions if at all possible to do so.....Remember that even the youngest of Mods needs to be heard and God is able to speak to everyone present about His Will for this Area of Foru.ms....So our heart for each other should be to listen and incorporate ideas ,input and suggestions from all ET forum staff if it is at all possible:thumbsup:
Become better communicators, give up ALL negativeness and take the time to make our posts ring with positive, helpful ,and encouraging words...Even if we have to take a break from modding for a while to get our heads and hearts together to accomplish this:thumbsup:...we should decide today to change our posting style to reflect the highest skills in communication and reconciliation, and refuse to let ourselves post any other way
Refuse to be entangled in debate over issues against other ET Staff and defend our ET Staff taking any concerns in our hearts to them in a PM only , not voicing it out in public....If we do these four things we can become stronger and united again....and yes we have used these ideas in the past and it did work and accomplished what we wanted it to (it may have been presented with different words but the bones were the same:thumbsup:) we were united and tight and running with one heart, Gods heart:groupray: for the members

I moved about 11 posts just now to a new thread for Lisa, sorry Lisa this wasnt really a good place to work this particular problem out ( it was kinda off topic), Yours deserves a new thread as my title will draw attention away from your issue and your issue from my thread , I made you a new thread to help you ok:thumbsup:here is a new thread (http://foru.ms/showthread.php?t=6038388) with all your posts about the CCC forum moved into it, and I will go over there and try to help too((((((((hugs))))))))))))

I ment this thread as a place to encourage us to fight for unity in here while your issues are still very valid and will be addressed better over there (((((((((((hugs)))))))))))

I admit to being worried about this when the new system came out. No matter what happens, this is still a team that is working together to maintain this section of the boards.

We are privileged to have her here.

And we are privileged to have each and every one of you here. I know we've been through rocky times. Change always sucks and makes everyone crabby. I know - in my life in the British NHS we've been through no less than 5 major structural changes and each one was awful!

Consequently, I did my share of planning desertion. I even wrote my resignation only a few weeks ago but that wise woman pretended she hadn't seen it! LOL. One way of dealing with a problem!

Yes I agree with flaglady, we have a great admin, and she works way too hard.

I hope all new staff understands how important that we all work together. We've already encountered more problems then we need, but when we work together it usually works out.
