ET GROUPS PROTOCOL

Each Ecumenical Team forum will be assigned within one of three main groups:
Catholic
Protestant
Orthodox. Each group will be handled separately by people of that type of congregation, including (but not limited to) all appointments to Staff, assignments, promotions, and the handling of Reports on Staff members.

Thus
all Protestant matters will be handled by Protestant Staff,
all Catholic matters will be handled by Catholic Staff, and
all Orthodox matters will be handled by Orthodox Staff. In regards to reports, staffers from the other two main groups may only post informational posts in report threads not for their group.

In the case of Orthodox/Catholic disagreement the Protestant Administrator will review and decide the matter.
In the case of Orthodox/Protestant disagreement Catholic Administrator will review and decide the matter.
In the case of Protestant/Catholic disagreements on individual reports below the Administrator level, CPR remains as the Committee to arbitrate

only if we want it to be

my $.02
If Protestant Forums want Catholic and EO Mods :clap::clap:
If EO Forums want Catholic and Prot Mods:clap::clap::clap:
And If Catholic Forums want Prot and EO mods:clap::clap::clap:

and if not ....no biggy dont take it personal its fine either way

Maybe we could ask our staff and members and find out?

Sups for each forum ask your forum and staff what they want and let your Admin know when you find out ok then we can square it with each other:thumbsup:

If some want interaction and some dont we can still keep some boundaries in place out of respect and love as long as we need to right?
