As I begin this, it almost feels as if no introduction is needed. My frequent browsing of this board has acquainted me with many of you, and I've almost forgotten to share that familiarity.
My name is David. I work, study, and worship in the Houston area, blessed to live in the same small town with my parents and two sisters, and within easy visiting distance of my older brother, known here as paleodoxy (http://www.christianforums.com/%7Epaleodoxy).
My brother first introduced me to this forum a few weeks back, and I've been lurking ever since. I am still officially a member of a Reformed Presbyterian church, but I am an inquirer with a fervent desire to find a home in Orthodoxy. I first began to consider the Ancient Way a few months ago due to increasing doubts about my doctrinal tradition, and continuing studies in the Church Fathers, Councils, and Creeds. God willing I feel the journey will soon be over- the journey, at least, to find the Church and my humble place in it. Then by God's grace a new journey begins, and I am prayerfully awaiting that future...
I've been greatly blessed by the collective witness you all bear to the love of God and the faith once delivered to the saints. Thank you for sharing this with me.
